I have the MZ61, it is okay, works well, just need a way to make it more durable during moments of hitting mud and wetland, have to use chains to keep it moving sometimes. Granted my yard is mostly falt land and some hill. Not so much wetland or mud. But the few spots it does get stuck at messes up the yard a bit lol. Not complaining by far, the MZ61 is just before commercial use so, for what it is, it gets the job done beautifully. Just need to get proper sized chains for it now..

If it was kubota diesel i would concider it. But ill stick to my zd326s. There transmissions are basic. Nothing special . Unlike a kubota zd model. You cant kill those things.

Why on Earth would a person buy a zero-turn from Husqvarna, Troy-Built, Ariens, Gravely, and these other, bandwagon brands that offer zero-turns just to have a presence in the market? Bad Boy or Hustler all the way. Also, if getting a Bad Boy, go with a Maverick HD or a Rogue. The Rebel doesn't have the front "squishy" puck suspension of the models I just mentioned.

Have a 20H.P. Kohler Courage on a Cub cadet Zero turn. Purchased mower in 2009 and engine has been excellent. Lotta tuff grass, but have taken good care of it. Remember, sharp blades, oil changes, non-ethanol fuel. The care you take engine will be future money you can keep in your pocket .

I would not buy this mower again. To many problems for a premium mower to have.

I own a TRXs 766i and a Ferris 3300. I use the Altoz on my steep grass areas and the Ferris everywhere else (12 acres). The Ferris is a better mower all the way around...it's not even close. The Altos will cut areas that the Ferris cannot safely reach - but it is underpowered, and the cut with the swing blades is average at best. The Altoz also tears up the ground turning much worse than any other mower I've ever used. The Altoz leaves a nasty pile of clippings on the back right side of the deck area. It is a very poor design. Everyone has their own opinions - I get it. I have a hard time support the "best" label.

My experience with commercial grade mowers shows the Toro and Gravely are the most overbuilt and reliable on the market!

I went out to buy a Bad Boy last month and ended up buying a Simplicity. I realized that the most important thing to me wasn't just to cut the grass. I wanted it to look amazing when I was done. I really liked the Bad Boy, but after cutting the lawn a few times with the Simplicity I noticed that people were commenting on how good the lawn looks. Ride and durability are important, but cut quality is really what we are looking for and the Simplicity has our lawn being noticed. As I Google it and learn more about it, I think Simplicity has always been known for how much better they actually cut lawns beautifully rather than just mow the grass. When durability and ride are solid I think we have to focus on cut quality first.

What brand makes all their own transmission, engine, wheel motors and mower deck... Kubota. Not to mention those flemsy deck beck belts that fly off. Check out a ZD1211 deck belt. Thank me later.

Scags are very overrated and overpriced .. have two Scag cheetahs and have had nothing but problems and had to replace the engine on one after 400hrs and they didn't cover it with warranty even after proving a factory defect with the intake... Will not buy one again.

Just bought one of these from Tractor Bob's so far I really like it. I got the rim guard in the tires, quick hitch, and the optional grapple and 3rd function kit to operate the grapple. My only regret is not getting hydraulic top and side links, the sale drug on for a couple weeks and that got lost in the chaos when I ordered. I will be adding those soon as well as a box blade to my new tractor.

Would this be ok for small brush?
